Schubert & Salzer – Type 7025 Hygienic Angle Seat Control Valve

Overview

The Schubert & Salzer Type 7025 is a pneumatically operated hygienic angle seat control valve designed for modulating flow control in food and beverage processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and other sanitary-grade applications. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 2″ with a stainless steel 1.4408 body, the Type 7025 comes with an integrated digital positioner and is suited for controlling product streams, drinking water, CO2, nitrogen, clean and sterile steam, and pharma-grade air.

All wetted elastomers and alloys comply with FDA and European Directive EG 1935/2004 regulations for direct food product contact. The Type 7025 meets ISO 15848-1 fugitive emissions compliance, with all wetted parts in stainless steel at a surface finish of Ra < 0.8 μm. Material Traceability Certification EN 10204 3.1 is available upon request, and dedicated versions for oxygen, ozone, and hydrogen service are offered.
