Overview
The Honeywell Hauck IPG is a factory assembled, prepiped ignition gas pilot unit engineered for fast, straightforward installation. Available in three sizes (IPG-411, IPG-412, and IPG-413), the IPG provides a reliable means of lighting Hauck burners and many other makes of gas and oil burners across a wide range of industrial firing applications.
Each IPG is designed to deliver flame stability and extended service life under severe operating conditions, including automatic compensation for burner and furnace back pressure. The IPG capacity range spans 16,000 to 84,000 Btu/hr (4.2 to 22.2 kW) and is suitable for neutral, negative, and positive pressure applications.
Features & Benefits
- Factory prepiped and assembled using industry-accepted components — simplifies system integration and reduces installation time
- Back-loaded fuel gas regulator automatically compensates for variations in burner or furnace back pressure — maintains consistent air/fuel ratio without manual adjustment
- Air/gas mixer with finite fuel gas adjustment valve — allows precise mixture tuning for stable ignition
- Heat-resistant stainless steel alloy flame holder and nozzle — built for long service life under high-temperature and severe operating conditions
- Available in a manifold version with safety shutoff and leak test valves — simplifies compliance with insurance approval and NFPA code testing requirements
- Compatible with neutral, negative, and positive pressure furnace applications — broad installation flexibility
- Three pilot sizes available to match a range of firing capacities from 16,000 to 84,000 Btu/hr (4.2 to 22.2 kW)
