Overview
The Schubert & Salzer Type 8026 GS3 is a cryogenic sliding gate control valve with integrated positioner, engineered for modulating and on/off control of cryogenic fluids at temperatures down to -328°F. Specifically designed for service with hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide, the Type 8026 is the low-temperature specialist in the GS3 sliding gate control valve series. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 4″ in stainless steel CF8M body with 316L cover, the valve is rated to 145/580 psi and ANSI #150 and #300, with wafer-type body for compact flanged installation.
The integrated positioner is compatible with the Schubert & Salzer Type 8049 digital positioner and Type 8047 pneumatic/electro-pneumatic positioner, with NAMUR standard positioner mounting also available. TA-Luft / ISO 15848-1 fugitive emissions compliance, CRN certification, and SIL compliance are standard approvals, with optional ATEX non-electrical approval for hazardous area service.

Positioners
