Overview
The Schubert & Salzer Type 7015 is a pneumatically operated hygienic angle seat valve designed for on/off isolation and flow control in sanitary process environments. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 2″ with a stainless steel 1.4408 body, the Type 7015 is engineered for direct contact with food products, drinking water, clean and sterile steam, CO2, nitrogen, and air. All wetted elastomers and alloys comply with FDA and European Directive EG 1935/2004 regulations for food contact.
The Type 7015 meets ISO 15848-1 fugitive emissions compliance and serves as a direct substitute for ball valves in hygienic installations. Material Traceability Certification 3.1 is available upon request, and optional versions support oxygen, ozone, and hydrogen service.
