Overview

The Honeywell 600U Ultra Flame Rod Signal Processor is a rectification-based flame detection device designed to confirm the presence of a flame by measuring rectified current flow through a flame rod. When the rectified current exceeds a preset threshold, the flame relay is energized, providing a reliable flame signal output for burner management and safety interlock systems.

The 600U features a six-LED bar graph for real-time visual flame signal indication, fault LEDs for rod-fouled and rod-grounded conditions, and selectable high/low gain for flexible installation. It is compatible with ignition coils and ignition transformers, allowing the flame rod to also serve as the ignition rod in supported configurations.
