Schubert & Salzer – Type 7027 Globe Control Valve

Overview

The Schubert & Salzer Type 7027 is a pneumatically operated stainless steel globe control valve designed for modulating control of neutral to highly aggressive media including gases, vapors, and fluids. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 2″ in stainless steel CF8M and rated to 580 psi, the Type 7027 features an integrated positioner and a straight-through globe body design that enables highly efficient and simplified external insulation of both the valve body and the welded-on pipeline.

Connection is via welding ends per ISO 1127, and the valve is compatible with the Schubert & Salzer Type 8049 digital positioner and Type 8047 pneumatic/electro-pneumatic positioner. Optional versions include FDA-compliant, EU EG 1935/2004, oxygen/ozone service, and clean-process configurations, covering a media temperature range of -22°F to +392°F with application capability from -148°F to +428°F.
