Schubert & Salzer – Type 8024 GS3 High Temp Sliding Gate Valve

Overview

The Schubert & Salzer Type 8024 GS3 is a high-temperature sliding gate control valve with an integrated top-mounted positioner as standard, engineered for modulating control applications at media temperatures up to 986°F. Similar in design to the Type 8021 GS3, the Type 8024 combines the proven integrated positioner platform of the 8021 with the extreme temperature capability of the high-temperature GS3 series. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 10″ in stainless steel CF8M body with 316L cover, the Type 8024 is rated to 145/580 psi and ANSI #150 and #300.

The integrated positioner is compatible with the Schubert & Salzer Type 8049 digital positioner and Type 8047 pneumatic/electro-pneumatic positioner, with NAMUR standard positioner mounting also available. Metal bellows, limit switch, position feedback, manual override, and pilot valve accessories are available. TA-Luft / ISO 15848-1, CRN, and SIL approvals are standard.
