Overview
The Schubert & Salzer Type 7020 is a pneumatically operated angle seat control valve designed for precise modulating control of gases, vapors, and liquids across a broad range of industrial process applications. Available in sizes 1/4″ to 3″ and rated to 580 psi, the Type 7020 features all wetted components in 316 stainless steel, an elastomeric plug seal for positive shut-off, and multiple Cv options with selectable flow characteristics to match specific process requirements.
The Type 7020 is compatible with both digital and pneumatic/electro-pneumatic positioners, including the Schubert & Salzer Type 8049 digital positioner and Type 8047 pneumatic positioner, as well as direct-acting capability. Body material options include stainless steel CF8M and bronze RG5, with connections available in NPT thread, Whitworth pipe thread, welding ends, and Tri-clamp for hygienic or sanitary service.
