Overview

The Schubert & Salzer Type 5030 is a segment disc motor valve designed for precise control of liquids and steam, including media contaminated by particulate matter. Its robust wafer-style body mounts directly between standard flanges, offering a compact, space-saving installation footprint without sacrificing flow capacity or control performance.

Available in sizes from 1″ through 12″ and rated for operating pressures up to 363 psi (1″–6″), the Type 5030 delivers high Cv values, low-noise operation, and bi-directional flow capability. It is compatible with control or 3-point actuators and offers optional ATEX non-electrical certification for use in hazardous area classifications.
