Overview

Honeywell valVario accessories are purpose-built components designed to integrate directly with valVario gas solenoid valves and regulators in industrial and commercial combustion systems. The accessory family includes the VMF filter module for gas and air cleaning, the VMO differential pressure sensor for flow measurement, the VMV fine-adjusting valve for precise gas and air flow presetting, and the VBY 8 bypass/pilot gas valve for automatic shut-off of bypass or pilot gas volumes.

Each accessory features a modular flange design that mates directly with valVario valve bodies, enabling compact, space-saving gas train assemblies. All accessories in the family are rated for use with natural gas, LPG, biogas, and hydrogen, and are certified to European Gas Appliances Regulation (EU) 2016/426 (GAR).

• Tamper-proof adjustment (VMV) – Self-locking thread on the VMV adjusting screw prevents unintended flow setting changes after commissioning.
• Self-locking slide valve (VMV) – Restrictor insert optimized for linear flow enables precise, repeatable gas and air flow presetting.
• Flexible installation orientation – VMF, VMO, and VMV can be installed in any orientation; VBY 8 solenoid actuator is rotatable for flexible electrical connection positioning.
• Certified to GAR (EU) 2016/426 – CE and UKCA certified; VBY 8 additionally AGA approved (Approval No. 5319).
• Wide gas compatibility – Rated for natural gas, LPG (gaseous), biogas (max. 0.1% H₂S by vol.), hydrogen, and clean air.
