Overview
The Schubert & Salzer Type 4090 is a high-precision pneumatic volume booster designed to amplify the air flow of the set point signal from a positioner. It is engineered for use with large-volume rotary and linear pneumatic actuators where faster valve stroking speeds are required.
The Type 4090 features an adjustable bypass sensitivity that allows the booster to be tuned to match the capacity of the connected actuator. Its compact aluminum body supports both inline and NAMUR mounting configurations, making it compatible with a wide range of valve and actuator assemblies.
