Schubert & Salzer Type 7011 – Angle Seat Manual Valve
Need help selecting your product?
Overview
The Schubert & Salzer Type 7011 is a high-quality angle seat manual valve constructed entirely from stainless steel, designed for reliable manual flow control of neutral to highly aggressive media. Its angle globe design delivers high flow rates across a range of line sizes from 1/2″ to 2″, with a working pressure rating up to 580 psi.
The Type 7011 features a backseal design that unburdends the stuffing box when the valve is fully open, extending packing life and ensuring long-term sealing reliability. All fluid-contacting components are stainless steel, making this valve well suited for demanding process environments requiring corrosion resistance and clean construction.
Features & Benefits
- Angle globe design delivers high Cv flow rates — available in Cv values from 4.5 (1/2″) up to 71.9 (2″)
- All wetted parts constructed from stainless steel CF8M body with 316 Ti internal components — suitable for aggressive media
- PTFE seat seal and PTFE packing — chemical resistance and long service life
- Backseal design relieves stuffing box pressure when valve is fully open — reduces packing wear and extends service intervals
- Compact, lightweight construction — roller-burnished stainless steel stem for smooth, precise manual actuation
- Multiple end connection options — NPT, ISO/Whitworth thread, weld ends, and Tri-Clamp available in a single body design
- Optional ATEX non-electrical explosion-proof classification available for hazardous area installations
- CRN certified — registered for use in Canadian pressure vessel applications
