Overview

The Schubert & Salzer Type 6053 is a pneumatically actuated hygienic right angle valve designed for demanding cleanliness requirements in large nominal sizes from 2½” up to 6″. Available as either a control valve with integrated digital positioner or as a shut-off valve, the Type 6053 is engineered for reliable performance in sanitary fluid handling applications.

With all wetted parts manufactured from solid stainless steel 316L with an interior surface finish of Ra ≤ 0.8 µm, the Type 6053 delivers excellent cleanability and ease of maintenance. Optional 3A compliance and FDA/EC 1935/2004 conformity make it well suited for regulated industries including dairy, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor ultra-pure water systems.
