Overview

The Schubert & Salzer Type 7382 is a precision 3/2-way (3-port, 2-position) motor control valve engineered for diverting and mixing service in critical and high-pressure applications. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 2″ and rated to 580 psi, the Type 7382 uses the same high-thrust actuator platform as the Type 7310 — with thrust options of 450 lbf and 1,120 lbf — and is rated IP67 for demanding environments. Media temperatures range from -22°F to 392°F with application capability up to 428°F.

The Type 7382 handles gases, vapors, and fluids with distributing and mixing control function configurations available. Motor voltages of 24 V AC/DC, 230 V, and 110/120 V are supported with 3-point, (0)2–10V, and (0)4–20mA control signals. A fail-safe option is available on all control actuators, and positioner electronics, limit switch, and position feedback accessories are available. NPT and Whitworth pipe thread connections are provided.
