Overview
The Schubert & Salzer Type 7037 is an integrally flanged globe-style control valve designed for modulating control of gases, vapors, and liquids in flanged process piping systems. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 3″ with a 316 stainless steel CF8M body, the Type 7037 is rated to 580 psi and ANSI #150 per ANSI B16.5, with DIN EN 1092-1 flanges also available. Media temperatures range from -22°F to 392°F with extended application capability from -148°F to 428°F.
The compact globe body design incorporates an elastomeric plug seal for tight shut-off, and the valve is available with integrated positioners or in direct-acting configuration. Compatible with the Schubert & Salzer Type 8049 digital positioner and Type 8047 pneumatic/electro-pneumatic positioner, the Type 7037 supports the full range of control loop requirements from conventional analog to IO-Link and integrated process control.
