Overview
The Schubert & Salzer Type 7036 is the flanged version of the Type 7020 angle seat control valve, offering the same modulating control performance and all-316 stainless steel wetted components in a compact flange-end design. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 3″ with flange connections per DIN EN 1092-1, ANSI #150, and ANSI #300, the Type 7036 is rated to 580 psi with media temperatures from -22°F to 392°F and extended application capability from -148°F to 428°F.
The Type 7036 is fully compatible with the Schubert & Salzer Type 8049 digital positioner and Type 8047 pneumatic/electro-pneumatic positioner, supporting the same broad range of control configurations as the 7020. The flanged connection simplifies installation and replacement in flanged piping systems where the threaded or welded 7020 is not suitable.
