Overview

The Schubert & Salzer Type 7005 is a compact valve manifold system engineered to consolidate multiple process valves into a single, customer-specific block assembly. Using a connection system adapted from hydraulic technology, the Type 7005 integrates all necessary inter-valve connections directly into the manifold body — eliminating field piping between individual valves and reducing both installation complexity and maintenance requirements.

Type 7005 manifolds are custom-developed to each application, with valve quantity, size, material, connection type, and orientation specified at the time of order. Optional pressure and temperature sensor ports can be incorporated into the manifold block, and orifices or check valves may be integrated as needed.

  • Material – Ductile Iron Option: Spheroidal graphite iron (60-40-18)
  • Connection Types: Flange per DIN EN 1092-1, Flange per ASME B16.5, G thread, NPT thread, Metric thread, JIS-20K (DN 50 only in JIS-10K)
  • Dangerous Gas Limitation: Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU Category I — PS x DN < 1000
  • Number of Valves per Block: 1 to 9 valves configurable per ordering code
