HTS KS – DKR Series Butterfly Valves
Need help selecting your product?
Overview
The Honeywell DKR Series butterfly valves are designed for adjusting the flow rate of hot air or flue gas on gas burners and industrial thermal systems. Available in nominal sizes DN 15 to DN 500, DKR valves are prepared for direct attachment of an IC 50 actuator and support control ratios up to 1:10, with a built-in angle-of-rotation indicator for precise positioning feedback.
The DKR series is offered in multiple temperature ratings — 100°C, 350°C, 450°C, and 650°C — with body and disc materials selected to match each service condition. The IDR designation identifies pre-assembled units combining the DKR valve with an IC 50 actuator for sizes up to DN 300.
Features & Benefits
- Nominal size range DN 15 to DN 500 — fits a wide range of industrial burner and furnace applications
- Maximum allowable pressure up to 300 mbar — suitable for low-pressure hot air and flue gas service
- Four temperature classes (100°C, 350°C, 450°C, 650°C) — body and disc materials matched to operating conditions
- Prepared for IC 50 actuator attachment — enables direct mounting with axial, linkage, or linkage-plus-shock-suppressor configurations
- Control ratio up to 1:10 — provides effective modulating flow control
- Angle-of-rotation indicator — provides visual position confirmation at the valve
- Multiple end configurations — stop bar, disc clearance, free shaft end, or manual lever with angle scale
- Clamped between DIN EN 1092 PN16 flanges — no dedicated valve flanges required, simplifying installation
- IDR pre-assembled option (DN ≤ 300) — reduces field assembly time and ensures factory-verified actuator alignment
