HTS Eclipse – AirHeat V2 Line Burner

Overview

The Eclipse AirHeat V2 is a packaged line burner designed for generating a large volume of clean, hot air in industrial process applications. Available in eight standard models (AH0050 through AH0400), the AirHeat V2 covers input capacities from 0.5 to 4.0 MMBtu/hr (147 to 1,172 kW) per unit, with an integral combustion air blower mounted directly to the burner’s steel case. The burner fires on natural gas, propane, or butane and is suited for both parallel and perpendicular process airflow configurations.

The AirHeat V2 eliminates the need for a low-fire bypass air system, simplifying installation and reducing external piping requirements. Aluminum castings are used throughout the manifold assembly, removing the need for special corrosion-resistant materials. The burner is available with right-hand or left-hand piping, multiple mounting configurations, and optional Tee configurations for higher combined input applications.
