The UV7SC self-check scanner monitors gas or oil flames. It has a built-in shutter that moves every 10 seconds to check for accuracy. If it detects a signal during this check, the system shuts down to prevent failure.
This scanner has a fused silica quartz lens for clear detection. Its strong alloy housing has secure seals for durability. The long-lasting push-pull electro-magnetic shutter ensures reliable operation. Every 10 seconds, the system runs an automatic safety check.
The UV7SC is compact, measuring 7-3/4 inches long and 3-1/4 inches in diameter. It has a 1-inch pipe thread sight tube entrance and a 3/8-inch pipe thread purge air entrance. It requires a purge air flow of 5 CFM, with a maximum pressure of 10 PSI.
Replacing the UV7SC is easy. It does not require wiring changes. It uses cable assembly P/N 59-504-010.
