HTS Eclipse – Next Generation PrimeFire FH

Overview

The Honeywell Eclipse Next Generation PrimeFire FH is an oxy-fuel forehearth burner designed for the glass industry, including Container, e-Glass, and Wool Glass (c-Glass) applications. It features a patented burner and block combination that runs cooler than previous-generation designs, extending product life while requiring minimal maintenance.

Available in three capacity sizes, the PrimeFire FH delivers significant reductions in NOx emissions and fuel consumption compared to conventional air-fuel premix forehearth equipment. The burner operates on Natural Gas and accepts a hydrogen/natural gas blend of up to 20% H2. It can be ordered with or without NPT fittings, in standard pipe lengths from 10 to 24 inches (in 2-inch increments), and with a choice of Fused Mullite or AZS refractory block material.

• FH1350 – Large capacity: 13 to 50 SCFH fuel flow; flame length 7 to 12 inches

Each model is configurable with or without NPT fittings, standard pipe lengths from 10 to 24 inches (in 2-inch increments), choice of Fused Mullite or AZS block material, and optional hoses.
