Overview

The Schubert & Salzer Type 7232 is a compact flanged motor valve designed for on/off and modulating operation with neutral to aggressive media. Available in sizes 1/2″ to 3″ in stainless steel CF8M, the Type 7232 supports ANSI #150 and DIN EN 1092-1 flange connections and is rated to 580 psi. Media temperatures range from -22°F to 392°F with an extended application range from -148°F to 428°F.

The Type 7232 uses a 180 lbf electric motor actuator with 3-point, 2–10V, and 4–20mA control signal inputs and motor voltages of 24 V AC/DC, 230 V, and 110/120 V. A spring return option is available on all control actuator configurations, and the actuator is rated IP65. Positioner electronics, limit switch, and position feedback accessories are available to support a range of control loop configurations.
