The Rosemount 6888A In-Situ Oxygen Analyzer measures oxygen (O₂) in flue gas using a long-life zirconia sensor. It provides a 4–20 mA signal with HART communication and offers accuracy of ±0.75% or ±0.05% O₂ depending on setup. This makes it ideal for combustion control in boilers, furnaces, and kilns.
This model includes a 6-foot standard probe tube. It can be configured with an abrasion-resistant tube for demanding environments or upgraded with an abrasive shield package that includes built-in mounting hardware.
Diffuser options include a snubber rated up to 400 °C, a ceramic diffuser rated up to 825 °C, and a Hastelloy diffuser rated up to 705 °C. When using the abrasive shield, each diffuser can be configured with a dust seal or flashback arrestor.
Electronics are fully integrated into the probe housing, providing digital output and onboard control. External Xi electronics are not required. Setup, calibration, and diagnostics can be accessed through a HART communicator or Emerson AMS software.
