The PROTEGO LH-AD is a compact in-line deflagration flame arrester designed for continuous protection of gas lines and process systems. Its robust, service-friendly construction uses a modular FlameFilter® element to stop flame fronts while maintaining high flow capacity and low pressure drop.
Specifications & Materials
Explosion groups: IIB3 to IIC (model-dependent). Typical operating range: up to 1.1 bar abs (15.9 psi) and 60 °C (140 °F) (higher ratings available on request). Construction materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, and application-specific alloys. Flanged connections per EN 1092-1 Form B1 or ASME B16.5 Class 150 RF.
Design Variants
Base in-line version with optional temperature monitoring (-T) and other custom adaptations to suit installation and safety requirements.
