The MAXON KINEDIZER® LE is a nozzle-mix, medium-velocity burner designed for high-temperature direct-fired applications that require low NOx with very little excess air. Rugged construction with a reinforced refractory block and steel burner body/nozzle makes it a proven choice for oxidizers, process heaters, kilns, furnaces, and other demanding thermal systems. Combustion air is supplied by an external blower, and precise modulation can be achieved using MAXON MICRO-RATIO® or SMARTLINK® combustion control strategies.

Features & Benefits

  • Field-proven low emissions for high-temperature processes
  • Low NOx performance with very little excess air
  • Rugged design for oxidizers, process heaters, kilns, furnaces, dryers, and incineration applications
  • Wide capacity range with turndown up to 20:1
  • Burns natural gas, propane, and other fuel gases
  • Medium-velocity exhaust provides excellent stirring and mixing
  • Accepts preheated and vitiated combustion air (application dependent)
