HTS IFM – Advanced Viewing Heads S650

Overview

The Honeywell S650 is a single-channel UV+IR Advanced Viewing Head designed for use with P650 Signal Processors as part of the Industrial Flame Monitoring (IFM) system. It mounts at the burner front and provides continuous UV and IR flame signal monitoring with an integrated two-digit numeric display.

Dual UV+IR sensor technology gives the S650 flexibility across a wide range of fuel types and burner configurations. The sensors are not adversely affected by X-rays or gamma rays during operation, making the S650 well-suited for demanding industrial environments where monitoring reliability is critical.

• P650DC — Advanced Signal Processor (24 VDC input); supports up to three S650 Viewing Heads simultaneously with independent UV and IR flame count display, gain adjustment, Modbus communication, and rectification outputs for 7800-series, SLATE, and BCU controllers.
