Overview

The Honeywell Winnox® is a nozzle-mix, low-emissions air-heating burner designed to comply with global emissions mandates for low NOx operation. The modular design incorporates direct-spark ignition, an integral air/gas ratio regulator, and an integral packaged combustion air blower, delivering efficient firing across a wide gas turndown range at a controlled air-to-fuel ratio. Models range from WX0050 to WX0850, covering heat capacities from 550 kBTU/h to 12,500 kBTU/h (HHV).

The Winnox burner nozzle produces intense air/fuel mixing, resulting in a short, swirled flame completely contained within the firing tube. This combustion principle yields extremely low NOx emissions while maintaining stable operation up to 1,800°F (982°C) process temperature. Packaged with a combustion air blower at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, the Winnox is ready for global installation with minimal site work.
