HTS Eclipse – RatioStar Duct Burner
Need help selecting your product?
Overview
The Eclipse RatioStar is a modular duct burner engineered for on-ratio combustion control in direct-fired air heating applications. Burner modules are arranged in rows of up to 24 units, with propagation modules connecting individual rows to provide cross ignition across the full burner matrix. This modular architecture allows for a wide range of burner configurations to match duct geometry and heat release requirements.
Constructed of high-quality stainless steel, the RatioStar is built for demanding process environments including high-temperature inlet airflows up to 1400°F (750°C) where standard air heating burners cannot be used. Eclipse engineers can design a complete RatioStar duct system with integrated gas train to meet specific customer requirements.
Features & Benefits
- Modular design — rows of up to 24 burner modules allow flexible matrix configurations to fit virtually any duct size or shape
- On-ratio combustion control maintains optimum air/fuel ratio across the full firing range for consistent combustion efficiency
- Propagation modules provide cross ignition between burner rows for reliable, uniform light-off across the entire matrix
- High-temperature capability — handles process inlet air temperatures up to 1400°F (750°C) where conventional air heating burners are not suitable
- Low oxygen process compatibility — suitable for airflows with reduced oxygen levels requiring supplemental heat
- Stainless steel construction for durability in high-temperature, corrosive, or demanding industrial environments
- Custom-engineered systems available — Eclipse engineers design complete duct burner systems with gas train to customer specifications
