HTS Eclipse – InciniCone Burner
Need help selecting your product?
Overview
The Honeywell InciniCone is a gas and oil incineration burner engineered for fume incineration and the reheating of exhaust streams from turbines, dryers, ovens, and similar equipment. The burner mounts directly inside the exhaust duct and uses the existing flue-air stream as the sole source of combustion air — no separate air supply line is required.
Nine sizes are available to match a wide range of duct dimensions and heat-release requirements. Each burner assembly includes the burner body, gas or oil gun, gas pilot with ignition plug, and peepsight. The concentric design ensures uniform mixing and complete combustion across the full operating range.
Features & Benefits
- Gas firing with interchangeable gas guns — allows fuel flexibility across applications
- Oil firing capability — accepts #2 fuel oil in addition to gaseous fuels
- Nozzle-mixing raw-gas pilot — uses process flue air as combustion air; no separate air supply line required
- Fuel turndowns up to 26:1 — supports wide load variation without flame instability
- Fume stream turndowns up to 2.5:1 — accommodates process flow variation
- Concentric burner design — ensures even mixing and complete combustion across the duct cross-section
- Insulated back-plate — reduces heat transfer to the burner mounting area for a cooler working environment
- Compact design — allows easy burner removal and access to the incinerator without major disassembly
- Nine available sizes — scalable to match duct dimensions and heat-release requirements from IC136 through IC2960
- Minimal maintenance — simplified construction reduces scheduled service intervals
