HTS Eclipse – ATJ Atmospheric Injectors
Need help selecting your product?
Overview
The Eclipse ATJ Atmospheric Injector is a pre-mix gas-air mixing device designed for use in atmospheric burner applications. Operating on the venturi (injector) principle, the ATJ draws in the required quantity of primary combustion air from the surrounding atmosphere using the kinetic energy of the gas jet, delivering a pre-mixed gas-air stream to the burner head without the need for a powered air supply.
The ATJ series is available in configurations for a wide range of gas types including natural gas (low, medium, high), propane, butane-air, coke oven gas, coke oven-water gas, carburetted water gas, and manufactured gas. This flexibility makes the ATJ suitable for diverse combustion systems across industrial and commercial heating applications.
Features & Benefits
- Venturi (atmospheric injection) principle — no powered air blower required, reducing system complexity and energy consumption
- Multiple gas type configurations — available for natural gas (low, medium, high), propane, butane-air, coke oven, coke oven-water, carburetted water gas, and manufactured gas
- Pre-mix design — delivers a homogeneous gas-air mixture to the burner for stable, efficient combustion
- Compact construction — integrates directly into atmospheric burner assemblies without additional mixing chambers
- Wide application range — supports diverse industrial and commercial combustion processes across multiple fuel gas types
- Documented spare parts availability — spare part list published for field serviceability
