Burner Management & Safety Logic Trainer

Best for: Facilities training technicians on burner sequencing, interlock logic, and BMS troubleshooting.

A portable, hands-on training platform designed to simulate real-world burner management and combustion control systems. Wiring terminals, test switches, and a built-in flame simulation module let technicians practice sequence logic and fault isolation safely.

Linkage ProLab

Mechanical Combustion Control Trainer

Best for: Facilities operating jackshaft and cam-driven combustion systems.

Replicates jackshaft-based fuel/air systems for hands-on tuning instruction. Trainer and course content are built — final curriculum is being completed.

Each system ships pre-assembled and ready to train on.

Pre-Wired Training Panel

Fully assembled control panel with labeled I/O terminals, interlock switches, pilot and main gas indicators, flame detection input, and burner diagram — pre-wired and ready for immediate classroom or shop floor use.

Interconnecting Cable Set

Pre-assembled patch cables for connecting the trainer to your flame safeguard controller (Honeywell, Fireye, or other). Standard 120V power cable included

Screwdriver

The right tool for hands-on wiring exercises at the FSG controller base — included with every system.

Training Documentation

Instructor guides, structured fault scenarios, and wiring reference materials for self-led training sessions.

Carrying Case

Hard-shell case with custom foam insert for safe storage and transport between training locations, job sites, or customer facilities.

The ProLab trainer is designed to work with the FSG controller of your choice. Martin Control can supply a compatible controller and the accessories needed to put your trainer into service — purchased separately.
