Overview
The Honeywell BVG, BVA, and BVH Series are butterfly valves designed for continuous control of gas, air, and hot air or flue gas flow rates in industrial combustion and thermal processing systems. Prepared for direct attachment of an IC 20 or IC 40 actuator and for fitting between two flanges, these valves deliver control ratios up to 10:1 across a wide range of process conditions.
The BVG and BVA variants handle gas and cold air applications up to 500 mbar inlet pressure, while the BVH and BVHS are engineered for elevated-temperature service up to +450°C at up to 150 mbar. Available in sizes DN 40 to DN 150, the series covers a broad range of burner and process flow control applications.
