Overview

The Honeywell P531 and P532 are fail-safe, self-checking triple channel UV and IR signal processors designed for industrial flame monitoring applications. These processors are capable of simultaneously monitoring up to two S55XBE and one S70X series viewing heads, providing independent flame relay and common fault relay contact outputs for each channel.

The P532 adds an integrated display, while the P532UI provides a detachable user interface for programming P531 units — reducing installed cost in multi-unit applications. The P531 series is ideally suited for tangentially fired boilers requiring two viewing heads for main burner flame and a third for side or horn igniters.
