Overview
Honeywell offers a comprehensive range of accessories designed to simplify the mounting, commissioning, and demonstration of Industrial Flame Monitoring (IFM) products. These accessories are engineered to work directly with Honeywell’s S700 and S800 series flame detectors and associated IFM equipment, ensuring reliable installation and long-term operation in demanding combustion environments.
Available accessories include swivel and pipe mounts, sealing unions in standard and stainless steel configurations, high-pressure variants, replacement optical components, shielded multi-conductor cables, and gas pilot igniter assemblies. - Shielded signal cable – Four-conductor braided shield cable (C330S) provides reliable signal transmission and noise rejection in electrically noisy industrial environments.
- Gas pilot igniter assembly – GHE2-5 igniter assembly supports pilot flame applications in the 600–1500 kW range.
- System compatibility – All accessories are designed for direct use with Honeywell IFM flame detectors and flame monitoring systems, reducing integration complexity.
- FlameTools-HMI software – PC-based commissioning and diagnostic software supports setup, signal analysis, and troubleshooting of IFM installations.
