Overview

Honeywell Thermal Solutions Ignition Transformers are high-voltage step-up transformers designed to provide reliable spark ignition for gas and oil burners across industrial and commercial combustion applications. Available in multiple models covering 120 VAC and 220–240 VAC primary supply voltages, these transformers support both intermittent (25% duty cycle) and continuous (100% duty cycle) service applications.

Constructed with Araldite epoxy resin encapsulation and rated for ambient temperatures from -40°C to 90°C (-40°F to 194°F), these transformers are engineered for demanding environments including high-temperature furnace applications. Every unit is 100% final tested before leaving the factory.
