The Smar LD301M31I0006010/I1 is a gauge pressure transmitter designed for use in demanding process applications.This model includes a remote diaphragm seal (Model: HFF-AWS62AS6S6NNN) for measuring pressure in systems where direct mounting isn’t possible or safe.
The HFF seal features a welded 8 mm upper body made from 316 stainless steel. It connects to the process with a 2.0″ 150# ANSI raised face flange. The diaphragm is also 316 stainless steel and rated for up to 275 PSI. All seals and fittings are welded for long-term, leak-free use. The system is filled with Silicone 200-10 using Smar’s AF-System and mounts directly to the high side of the transmitter.
This version uses the M2 sensor code, which is ranged lower than the M3 version. It’s ideal for sanitary, high-temperature, or corrosive environments where accurate low-pressure measurement is needed.
The transmitter has a range of -14.5 to 36 PSI, provides a 4–20 mA signal, and supports HART communication for remote setup and diagnostics. You can also make adjustments locally with a magnetic tool.
This setup is commonly used in chemical tanks, food and beverage systems, reactors, and other process control areas where pressure isolation is required.
